Mooks & Monster Children had this monthly art competition, and the prize was 6 t-shirts.
2008. I never won anything art-related before, so I gave it a shot and won! I WAS ON A HIGH! Guess they liked the artwork enough that they whacked it on the Mooks QVB storefront for 6 months. Pretty cool.
After that I didn’t do anything art related for a long time, lol.
